Consistency is key.

Developing the ability to arm balance has been a frustratingly slow struggle for at least two years. Now, the progress is accelerating…only because I never stopped putting in the work.

Just as in everyday life, when our mind and body are aligned with intention, we go further. I spent this morning’s sunrise bendy-stretchy 🧘🏽 practice being very focused on my alignment. The intention was to feel full body engagement and awareness while moving into an elbow stand (pincha mayurasna).

Oof, I haven’t been very diligent about rest and recovery so today’s triple session nearly took me out. I definitely didn’t make the most of them, but I got ‘em done. Sometime you just have to do it tired 💪🏽.
