Learning to snowboard was tougher than I anticipated. Iโm either sore or bruised ๐ and the early morning bendy-stretchy ๐ง๐พโโ๏ธ was exceptionally difficult. All I wanted to do was lie flat on the mat and go to sleep ๐ด. But, we know that when shit gets hard itโs time to dig in and push to the end ๐๐พ.

I sit a lot, ride bikes a lot and my hips are very tight. As a consequence, I donโt get full range of motion as I exercise and am unable to fully tap into my power (thinking about running).
So, yoga benefit #738 - unlock your body to more fully express your power and go faster for longer ๐ช๐พ.

My lesson for the dayโฆ
When stopped by fear, try a different approach!
I want to learn to handstand. Unfortunately, I feel absolute terror when I get my hips above my head ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ.
Today I discovered that my brain resisted doing the handstand from a crouch, but when I stood up and entered with straight legs, I felt fine. ๐ง games all day long!
If you really want it, youโll find a way ๐๐พ
