FTP test gone sideways 🫤

We all have multiple goals, that’s part of what drives us to get after it day after day. However, we must be intentional with our time and energy. All things in their place.

Ironman Texas athletes took to the water to do a final swim tune up. I’m not racing, but why pass up a good OWS with my #trifamily?

Well, I have set a pretty low bar as a baseline for my core strength 😂. Attempting the boat pose (Navasana) is humbling.
