Today was an exercise in mental gymnastics 🤸. First, two hrs of Z2 on @rouvy wasn’t too bad. I kind of enjoyed the real looking roads.
Then, I went to the park for a brick 🏃🏾. I was looking forward to the fresh air of the trail. But I quickly realized it felt colder than I expected and I was under dressed. So, I pivoted and went to the gym. Running in place while looking at the same scenery was tough. Although I kept thinking of reasons to quit 😡, I was able to stay on task and push through.
Finally, I relaxed with some evening bendy-stretchy time 🧘🏾♂️
