Stay focused, you goal is getting closer.

Today is a good day to put in some work and move toward those #goals 👊🏽.

Surrounding myself with people who constantly raise their own bar, and continuously push themselves is important. I find that even contemplating resting on my laurels has become uncomfortable. And, if they sense that I’m coasting, they won’t hesitate to pull my coat and ask me “what’s up” or “meet us for xyz session” or “do this race with us”. They are all various reminders to

My post-race bounce back is taking way too long. So, I’ve begun adding some #gogginstherapy to my days. His reminders of who we are and who we can be resonate deeply.

I was happy to see a Peloton in the hotel gym. Riding with power is much better than using the random resistance numbers that are provided by the other stationary bikes.

The warmth of the rising sun on my skin and the sound of the gravel under foot was a perfect start to a beautiful day.
