Introducing Venom

A beautifully cool sunrise session with my #trifamily.

@_mr1derful was right! Running in short shorts is where it’s at 🤙🏽.

I’d rather be outside, but the Miami humidity was too much for this session 🥵. So I did my best to turn the treadmill into a slip-n-slide 😂 #humansprinkler

Post race fatigue is still lingering, so I’m patiently preparing my mind and body.

This magic moment was captured by an on course photographer at Ironman Kalmar. During the 2nd loop of the marathon I was deep in a dark tunnel mentally. Then I saw my son (red hat ) and wife. And just like that… I was perky and ready to attack the course again.
