
Why is this blog here?
Instinctively, I knew that doing something very hard would require me to focus my mind, body, and spirit in a way that would force them all into alignment. Triathlons are what I chose, and Ironman Texas 2020 became my ludicrous goal. I didnβt think I could do it, but I decided to go after it anyway.
I donβt want to lose the lessons along the way, so I share many of them here.
