After 6 weeks of nursing a shoulder injury, I finally returned to my happy place 🏊🏽 . I kept the session light, and tested a couple strong effort 200’s to “test the waters”.

I couldn’t believe how alive I felt after the swim. Maybe is was relief mixed with the joy of pain free movement 🙏🏾.
