A ride filled with respect, memory and camaraderie on Joint base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. We were provided the uniquely opportunity to visit several of the historic sights on base.

A beautiful long run around #waikiki. I embraced the climbs, reveled in the sunshine, waved at the traffic and shared smiles with all the friendly passing runners 🤙🏽.

He loves dropping in and riding waves 🏄‍♂️.

Augment your capacity by strengthening your weaknesses. Sleepy glutes and weak hips have been a performance limiter for me. Yoga, consistency and patience are paying dividends 💪🏽.

Find a reason to keep pushing.

I’m at that age where getting out of bed is like spinning a wheel of “which body part is going to hurt today’”
